Manchester City FC – How to Buy Tickets as a Tourist

Etihad Stadium, Manchester, England

Last Updated: 4th July 2025

1. Club Overview

  • Stadium: Etihad Stadium (City of Manchester Stadium)
  • Location: Manchester, England
  • Capacity: 53,400 (expanding to 61,470 by 2026)
  • Official Site: mancity.com

Manchester City are now firmly known globally thanks to the oil dollars and a certain Pep Guardiola. Liam and Noel Gallagher from the Manchester band Oasis are some of their die hard fans, and continued to follow and support even during their time in the League 2 in the late 1990's. The second club in English soccer to win a treble of competitions in the same season (EPL, FA Cup and Champions League), this is a serious club with a very nice stadium. Their supporters are known for doing the Poznan (where supporters face away from the soccer field and jump up and down in unison together).

2. How to Buy Tickets

To buy match day tickets you need to have a Cityzens Matchday Membership (note that just a Cityzens membership – £25 – is not enough to actually buy match day tickets). For Adults the Cityzens Matchday Membership costs £35 for one year's membership. For fans aged 0–12 years, they have a Cityzens Junior Membership and confusingly they have another membership with the same name for those fans aged 13 to 17. Both of which cost £20 for one year's membership. The difference seems to be the gift package you receive (for international fans it can take up to 6 weeks to arrive). All other benefits remain the same. For the Junior Memberships you do also get a £15 voucher to spend at the online store (Adult members get 10% discount at the online store and also £5 discount on adult match day tickets).

That said a Cityzens membership does allow season ticket holders to transfer match day tickets to you. So you could risk that and hope that you can get a season ticket holder to transfer a ticket to you. For example should you buy a ticket not through official means, which is something we don't recommend due to the number of scammers out there.

The official tickets are sold in sale windows. Access to sale windows are based on the number of loyalty points you have accrued from the games you have previously attended. Those with the highest number of loyalty points get access to buy tickets first.

To get tickets to some of the fixtures, you will need to have attended other games previously. If this is your first time coming to a game, it would be best to target those mid week games or games versus the less popular teams. Getting a ticket for the Manchester derby (Man City vs Man Utd) would be quite impossible. Even the hospitality would be popular too but that is your best bet.

You can only purchase one match day ticket per membership. Tickets will go on sale quite far in advance, but more tickets will be released 3 weeks before the match. Also season ticket holders can sell you their ticket up to 6 hours before a game. So tickets may still be available here on the day.

You should buy tickets online through their official ticketing site (https://www.mancity.com/tickets), but you can also buy tickets over the telephone by calling the Fan Support Team on +44 (0)161 444 1894. Tickets bought over the telephone will incur an extra booking fee of £2.50.

3. Ticket Prices

Manchester City, like a lot of soccer clubs, place their fixtures into three categories: A, B and C. A category is for games against the most popular teams (Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea). C category games are the fixtures against the less popular teams (Fulham, Wolves, etc.).

Apart from the ticket type (adult, child, student, etc), where you sit inside the Etihad will impact the price of the ticket too. For the 2024/2025 season tickets were grouped by the level. The Etihad has three levels (or tiers). These levels are 1, 2 and 3. Level 1 tickets were the most expensive and level 3 the cheapest. The South Stand has 4 levels of pricing although only 3 levels of seating. This area has the cheapest tickets.

CategoryAdultChildStudent/Seniors
A£40 – £60£24 – £30£36 – £45
B£35 – £55£17.50 – £27.50£32.25 – £41.25
C£30 – £50£15 – £23£22.50 – £33

Note: Prices are subject to change and may vary for cup competitions and high-demand fixtures.

4. Hospitality

Manchester City have a lot of different hospitality options available. They have on-site (inside the stadium) and off-site (on the campus surrounding the stadium) options. They have restaurant packages and bar packages.

Please note that there is a smart casual dress code for the hospitality areas. No away colors. No shorts, baseball caps or tracksuits are allowed except in the Kits Bar and the Joe's bar. Some of the fancier hospitality packages will have more rules, so please check carefully when purchasing or before arriving.

Some of the hospitality packages will mean that you may have to share tables with people outside of your group including the Legends, Citizens, Tunnel club, Platinum boxes, Campus and off-site hospitality packages.

Of course you also get a free matchday programme. It begins 4 hours before the game starts. There is no hospitality after the game.

Tast Restaurant

This package begins at Tast located in downtown Manchester (link), a Catalonian tapas restaurant where you'll enjoy a 3 course Catalan meal, a welcome drink on arrival, before you make your own way to the stadium. There is no hospitality after the game.

Vermilion Restaurant

The package begins at the Vermilion Restaurant on the outskirts of North East Manchester (link). It's a 20 minute walk from the restaurant to the Etihad stadium. It's a fusion Thai and Indian food and you'll get a 3 course meal and a free drink on arrival. Of course you also get a free matchday programme. Your seat is located somewhere on level 3. The exact location on this tier will depend on the match fixture. It begins 4 hours before the game starts. There is no hospitality after the game.

5. Where to Sit

The Etihad is a modern stadium and is a bowl. There are 4 main stands: Colin Bell Stand (Aka West Stand), the East Stand, the South Stand and the North Stand (aka the Family Stand). There are three levels (or tiers of seating), except the North Stand/Family Stand as level 3 are hospitality boxes. All areas have good visibility. There is currently construction work going on to expand the North Stand. They are adding another tier to the top. Capacity will expand to 60,000+ once this is completed. Completion is expected to be finished during the 2025/2026 season. The new expanded North Stand will feature an extended family zone with more tickets ringfenced for young fans (aged under 21). They are also introducing rail seating (i.e. new safe standing section).

When selecting your seats:

  • For Level 1: You will enter at the last row of the block.
  • For Level 2: You will enter row K from the concourse area. There could be a couple of steps from the concourse area to the seating area.
  • For Level 3: You will enter the block at row E from the concourse area. There could be a couple of steps from the concourse area to the seating area.

The stands are:

  • Colin Bell Stand (West): Central location with excellent views; includes premium seating areas. This is where the Directors sit, the dugouts (where the managers sit), and the Tunnel Club hospitality seating area is located here too.
  • East Stand: Opposite the Colin Bell Stand; offers a vibrant atmosphere where more budget friendly hospitality is located.
  • South Stand: Known for its passionate home supporters and singing sections. In particular the 1894 Fan group is located on level 1.
  • North Stand: Family-friendly area with a more relaxed environment. The Family section is in blocks 134 to 139 of Level 1. This area is firmly aimed at children.
  • Away Fans: Typically located in the South East corner of the stadium. They use turnstiles L1, L2 and L3.

We would advise against being on level 3 as you will be away up in the clouds, although the views are still great and you get a panoramic view of the stadium. They are the cheapest and most available tickets too. Level 2, blocks 204 or 207 in the East Stand is where I personally would sit. Any lower and the infamous Manchester weather can easily turn against you and you'll get very wet. On level 1 if you sit in rows Y-DD you'll be sheltered from the weather but it can feel like you are cut off from the rest of the stadium. This is why I don't personally recommend these rows. On Level 2 at the rear (row R) whilst it has some overhanging from the roof, you don't feel cut off from the rest of the stadium. This is why I would choose to be located there. If you want more atmosphere level 1 is where you should sit.

6. Getting There

Address: Etihad Stadium, Etihad Campus, Manchester M11 3FF, UK

Nearest Stations:
Metrolink: Etihad Campus station is a short walk from the stadium.
Train: Ashburys Station is approximately a 15-minute walk away.
Bus: Multiple bus routes serve the stadium area.
Matchday Tip: Arrive early to avoid congestion and enjoy pre-match activities at City Square.

The Etihad is a modern stadium that was planned with public transport in mind. It's part of a whole campus site, incorporating Manchester City's training complex too. The stadium was originally called the City of Manchester Stadium and was originally built to host the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games. There are multiple mini stadiums and sporting arenas around the Etihad stadium.

Tram

The Etihad is well served by tram. The nearest stop is called: Etihad Campus. It's located on the North side of the stadium.

If you're coming from Piccadilly Train station, you will need the light blue line towards Ashton under-Lyne or the orange line to the Etihad. The Etihad tram stop is in zone 2 and is 3 stops from Piccadilly Train Station. It will take 10–15 minutes from downtown to the tram stop. Trams are frequent – up to every 6 minutes during the week and every 7.5 minutes on Sundays. You can pay using contactless card payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. It should cost about £2.80 for an adult single ticket. You can find the latest prices here: Metrolink fares.

Train

Manchester Piccadilly is the main railway station for Manchester. There is left luggage available at this station too. The nearest actual train station for the Etihad is called Ashburys Rail Station. The stadium is still a 20 minute walk from this station. The best method if coming from other UK cities, or you've come from the airport, is to get the train to Piccadilly and then take the tram.

Bus

There are buses but it's best to use the tram or rail mode of transport instead. You can plan your journey here: https://tfgm.com/plan-a-journey
Tickets for buses cannot be pre-booked. You must pay on the bus either by cash (exact change), or using contactless card payments including Apple and Google Pay. The Etihad is located within zone 1. The airport is in zone 2. Adults will pay £6 for a return ticket from Zone 1, and £8 for a return from Zone 2. Single tickets cost £3 and £4 respectively. Under-16 tickets are priced at half of an adult ticket, while children under the age of five can now travel for free.

Around the stadium there are quite a few bus stops such as this one on the South side: bus stop south, and this one on the North East side: bus stop northeast.

Taxi

A taxi from the airport to the Etihad will take approximately 30 minutes (I'd allow longer due to traffic). It will cost about £35. A taxi from Manchester Piccadilly train station to the Etihad will take about 10 minutes and cost approximately £10. Uber works in Manchester.

Car

All parking lot spaces around the Etihad stadium must be pre-booked on a match by match basis (there are no season ticket parking lot passes available). Parking can be bought once the games fixture dates and times have been finalised. The spaces are prioritised for Season Ticket Holders and are sold on a first come first served basis. It costs £12 per car with 2+ passengers, and £14 for cars with only one passenger. All parking is done via automated number plate recognition (so it will be difficult for hire cars to pre-book as you won't know the registration plate until you collect the car).
The streets surrounding the stadium are strictly for the local residents. You will get fined if you park on the street. Normally there are businesses and local organisations with space, who will turn that space into temporary parking lots. These are sold on a first come first served basis. Normally you pay in cash around £20 per car.

There are also 24 park and ride locations around Manchester. You can park for free in these parking lots and then hop onto the tram to get to the stadium. Here are some of the tram stops with a park and ride:

  • Ashton Moss (Ashton line) – 183 spaces and 12 disabled spaces – under 25 minutes on a direct service from Etihad Campus.
  • Ashton West (Ashton line) – 184 spaces and 11 disabled spaces – under 30 minutes on a direct service from Etihad Campus.
  • Ladywell (Ashton-Eccles line) – 332 spaces and 22 disabled spaces – under 45 minutes on a direct service from Etihad Campus.

If you are staying in the downtown area of Manchester, there are numerous parking lots in the downtown area such as Booth Street West: Booth Street West Parking. It takes about 30 minutes to walk from this parking lot to the Etihad. You can find other options here: Google Maps Car Parks
Alternatively you can try the Just Park website: Just Park Manchester

Please note that around the stadium after the game, numerous roads are closed to traffic for about 20 minutes:

  • Ashton New Road – between Alan Turing Way and Hillkirk Street
  • Grey Mare Lane – between Ashton New Road and Alan Turing Way

Cycling

If you wish to cycle to the Etihad stadium, again it is well served. There are 300+ spaces in a special bike parking lot dotted around the campus complex. The largest one is located underneath the Nexen Tyre Bridge, near to Ashton New Road and Joe Mercer Way: Nexen Tyre Bridge Bike Parking. There are further bicycle parking lots located outside the East and West Stand too.
Assuming that you aren't bringing your bicycle, you can hire bicycles and e-bikes from the various docking stations around Manchester. You will need to download the Starling Bank Bikes App, and then register. Normal bicycles cost £0.50 to unlock them and then £0.05 per minute. E-bikes cost £1 to unlock them and then £0.10 per minute. Cycle Hire FAQs

Walking

You can walk from downtown Manchester to the stadium. It will take about 35 minutes. The route is well lit and signposted. There is also a new walking route from the Holt Tram stop (Holt Tram) to the Etihad stadium. There's music and pop up food stalls to help keep you entertained along the way.

Airport

Manchester International Airport (MAN) is located to the south of Manchester. It takes about 15–20 minutes by train to get from the airport into Manchester Piccadilly which is Manchester's main railway station.
You can also catch a tram on the blue line from the airport which goes directly to Trafford Bar tram stop. Catch the blue line towards Victoria.
There are also direct buses from downtown Manchester using the Bee network of buses. You will need buses 43, 103, 130, 199, 248, 288, 313, and 368. They work 24 hours a day. All buses leave from The Station at the airport. For more bus information: Manchester Airport Bus Info
You can also get a taxi although it will be expensive. Each terminal has its own taxi rank. Uber also works in Manchester. A taxi from the airport to the Etihad will take approximately 30 minutes. It will cost about £35.

7. Food, Drink & Pubs

Some of the best pubs for a pre-match pint:

For food outside the stadium area, you can eat at Vermilion. It's a Thai-Indian fusion place where one of the hospitality packages does deals, but you can also come along. Best to pre-book. It's a 20 minute walk from the stadium.

There's a McDonalds located just across the small highway: https://maps.app.goo.gl/X4sCoQJ7v7wrzoQf6 and a Greggs too: https://maps.app.goo.gl/uBPdU2jEy8vhyr5F9 which is a British institution of cheap sausage rolls, Cornish Pasty, or even donuts. You can get cheap coffee of reasonable quality. Or there is a Starbucks in this area too: https://maps.app.goo.gl/MG5yu3aukePjBxveA.

In between both of these places is a supermarket similar to a Walmart called Asda: https://maps.app.goo.gl/572cma9RzMoMUnjs5 where you can collect cheap food etc.

You could also try Cleo's Nashville Kitchen which gets decent reviews: https://maps.app.goo.gl/G7GvXtWM3cKbhQib8

For better coffee I'd try the downtown area: Factory Coffee MCR: https://maps.app.goo.gl/pzRbC3TzzK9bHyoy8 or Fort Coffee: https://maps.app.goo.gl/JSyPsXa9WnyA9qTU9

Pre-Match Fan Zone

This is a ticketed fan zone (up to 2500 fans) meaning you will need to purchase tickets which cost £5 (however you get a £5 voucher to use to buy drinks/food inside the venue). It's only open to those with a match ticket, and away colors are not permitted inside. The zone is inside the Co-Op Live held in Virtu Place. It's a cashless venue. Fans should enter via entrance D (this is also the dedicated accessible entrance for fans who need step-free access). It doesn't have many seating areas inside so expect to stand for your time inside.

Doors open at 1pm, last orders will be 3:30pm and the event will close at 4pm. Please note that there are no charging points at the event itself. However, there are mobile charging stations available at Co-op Live for a rental fee.

Banners are not allowed inside the venue. Only small handheld bags are permitted inside, they must be no larger than A4 size (12"x8"x3"). If your bag exceeds the allowed size, there is bag storage available at the Orange car park for £10 per item. Bags bigger than A4 are not allowed in the Etihad Stadium either, so if you do have a bag bigger than A4, consider storing it at an off-site location (use https://stasher.com/). Etihad visitors get 10% off using the code ETIHAD10. Alternatively bag storage is available at the Orange car park for £10 per item.

Manchester City Cafe

Manchester City have their own cafe which is open even on non-match days which serves hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks (including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options). You cannot bring your own food and drink into the stadium.

Blue Carpet Experience

At the Colin Bell Stand, opposite the Bell Summer Lee Statue, is live entertainment, music and catering. It starts about 2 hours before the game starts, and it is family friendly. There are two large screens as well, and you can see the team bus arrive at the stadium.

Summerbee Bar

Airhorns, large DSLR cameras, video cameras, laptops, and tablets (iPad etc) are not permitted into the stadium.

You can see the team arrive by waiting outside the Colin Bell Stand about 90 minutes before the game kicks off. There is also a large event held there too with prizes, live music, etc.

Children under 14 must sit with an accompanying adult and cannot sit in a separate area.

A Multi-Faith Prayer Room is available for supporters and is located in the Colin Bell Stand, next to the Tunnel Club.

Call +44 (0)161 444 1894 or email mancity@mancity.com with a detailed description.
Items are kept for 2 weeks after the event.

There is a special international visitors guide here: https://www.mancity.com/ticketing-and-hospitality/international-visitors-guide

If you have X (formerly called Twitter) you can follow @Citysquarelive for information about the pre-match entertainment.

Outside the stadium, toilets are located opposite the C tower. Inside the stadium, toilets are located on the concourses and are clearly sign-posted.

There are special stewards ready to assist families. They are dressed in yellow and are dotted around the stadium and the Family Stand.

In South Stand on Level 1, there is a group of fans called the 1894 fan group who will wave flags, with lots of color (Man City colors of course) and noise too!

Expect to have to show your match day ticket before entering the campus area as well as the stadium.

The National Football (Soccer) Museum located in Manchester is well worth a visit before a game. https://maps.app.goo.gl/xpg1kjW6VA38ZVMZ6

Whilst the drinking age in the UK is 18, anyone who looks under 25 will likely be asked to prove their age by showing photo ID.

Inside the concourse area you cannot drink alcohol in the dark blue areas. And no alcohol can be taken into the seating area.

Free Wifi is available but it can become overwhelmed, especially the closer to the match you get and at half time.

A lot of the concourse restaurants serve halal food if you require. I am unsure if kosher food is also served.

9. Tours & Museum

Manchester City has several options for visiting the Etihad stadium. They have a basic tour, a Walk with a Legend Tour, The Manchester City Stadium and City Football Academy Tour, a VIP Stadium Tour and a Match Day Pitch Walk Tour. Note that if you book before the day it will be slightly cheaper. The prices listed are for pre-booked tickets. If you book when at the stadium, tickets will be more expensive. They also do two special tours for those with accessibility needs such as mild dementia and those with sensory needs (see the Accessibility section for more information on these). There is no luggage storage facility at the stadium on a non-matchday and only small handheld bags, no larger than A4 size (12"x8"x3") will be accepted. You can bring buggies and prams as they have elevators between all floors of the Stadium. Children aged 0–4 years can attend tours, free of charge. The tours start at M gate unless otherwise stated. You should arrive 15 minutes before your allocated time.

Basic Manchester City Stadium Tour

On this tour you get to meet Pep Guardiola (well almost, you get to meet a virtual Pep and first team players) in the Press Conference Room. You get to see the Home team locker room, walk down the players tunnel out onto the soccer field. You will get the chance to walk alongside the soccer field, see the manager dugouts, and then go through The Tunnel Club. This tour will last about 75 minutes.

Match Day Stadium Tour

On match days you can also go on the tour which covers all the same areas as the basic Stadium Tour. However, these are only available up until 4 hours before the game starts (e.g. a 3pm kick off time means you have to go on the tour before 11am). These tours start from the City Store.

Match Day Pitch Walk Tour

This tour is only available on match days. This allows you to walk around the soccer field and potentially get a photo with the soccer ball. It takes 60 minutes, and is available between 4 hours and 1 hour before the match starts (e.g. a 3pm kick off time means this tour is available between 11am and 2pm). You need a valid match ticket to be able to do this tour. You also get a free matchday programme (a small magazine for that day's game) too which makes for a great souvenir.

Walk with a Legend Tour

This tour is a guided tour visiting all the places from the basic stadium tour, and you will meet a former men's team player for a question and answer session. This tour lasts about 120 minutes. Tours are available in different languages (French, German, Italian, Chinese – Mandarin, Spanish, Korean, Arabic and Portuguese). You will also have a drinks reception with your club legend and get a signed photo. Former players include David White, Paul Lake. The ex-player you get will depend on the time of the year and the date of the tour. Check the website for dates and times.

VIP Tour

This tour will cover all the areas of the basic stadium tour, plus you'll get to access some of the hospitality areas where you will enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco (or orange juice). You'll also get a free Souvenir guidebook and have your own guide with tour groups of much smaller size. This tour lasts about 120 minutes and tours are available in different languages (French, German, Italian, Chinese – Mandarin, Spanish, Korean, Arabic and Portuguese).

The Manchester City Stadium and City Football Academy Tour

This tour visits all the same places as the basic stadium tour plus you'll also visit the City Football Academy and all of the elite facilities and training soccer fields used by the first team to train. This tour will last about 120 minutes.

City has peak and off-peak times for its basic stadium tour. For all other tours the prices remain the same. Under 5's go free. Family tickets for the basic stadium tour are one adult ticket and up to 3 child tickets. Children between 5 and 15 will need a child ticket. Those over the age of 65 can qualify for a senior ticket (photo ID showing date of birth will be needed). If you are a full time student aged 18–21 you can get a student ticket for the basic stadium tour. You will need to produce a valid student ID.

10. Accessibility

The Etihad Stadium is committed to providing an inclusive experience:

  • Wheelchair Access: 255 wheelchair spaces are available throughout the stadium.
  • Accessible Entrances: Entrances D, H, M1, S, and W are designated for accessible entry.
  • Facilities: Accessible toilets, hearing loops, and assistance for visually impaired fans are provided.
  • Contact: For assistance, email access@mancity.com or call +44 (0)161 444 1894.

Manchester City have two tours for those fans with accessibility issues. They have one aimed at those with mild forms of dementia and one for those with sensory issues.

Reminicity Memory Walks

This tour is in collaboration with the City in the Community Group. It costs £25 per adult (Personal Assistants go free) and is specially designed for those with mild to moderate dementia. It is a guided tour visiting all the areas of the basic stadium tour. Normally the Reminiscity Memory Walks run on selected weekday mornings at 10.30am.

The Sensory/Relaxed Tour

This tour is aimed at those fans who need a more relaxed setting in smaller groups. You will need to contact the tour team at: tours@mancity.com or call +44 (0) 161 444 1894.

The other stadium tours are accessible to wheelchair users. You can bring a bag with medication or medical equipment but you will need to discuss this beforehand with the stadium tours team. Personal Assistants can also accompany disabled supporters for free (PA Ticket) but you will need to discuss this beforehand with the stadium tours team too. There are elevators between floors and seating areas throughout to rest. To discuss your requirement contact beforehand: tours@mancity.com or by telephone at +44 (0) 161 444 1894.

All the tours offer:

  • An alternative step-free route.
  • Quiet spaces throughout the Tour routes.
  • A tactile experience for visually impaired guests, including a touch-tour of elements in the changing rooms, hospitality areas, and the press conference room.
  • Accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility.

If you're visiting the stadium for a match or for a tour, the changing places facility is in the South Stand on Level 1 near to block 119. You will need a RADAR key to access this room which has a hoist, an adult changing bench, and a fully accessible shower. The RADAR key can be gotten from a steward who will be happy to assist.

If you are visiting on match days, do contact the Access Team beforehand: access@mancity.com or by calling +44 (0)161 444 1894. There are some disabled parking lot spaces available too. Again contact the team to arrange this. The orange and blue parking lots have accessible parking bays that are wider than standard parking spaces. From these parking lots there is a buggy system in place to transport you from the parking lot. In the blue parking lot, the pick up point for the buggy is at the bottom of the blue parking lot by Joe Mercer Way. They will then transport you to the top of Joe Mercer Way where you will disembark to make your way across the pedestrian zone to the stadium itself. This buggy operates before and after the game (for up to 30 minutes after the game).

Manchester has superb public transport with a fully accessible transport system and there are numerous park and ride schemes. The Etihad Tram stop is fully accessible. Accessible buses also run to the stadium.

Within the stadium there are 255 wheelchair spaces which are located in all four stands of the stadium. There is an audio match commentary available for blind and partially sighted fans too. There are hearing loops located in the City Store, All Reception areas, the Ticket Office and the Stadium Tour desk. They are also located in all service counters inside the stadium (food, bar, etc). You can learn more about the audio commentary service by clicking here: https://www.mancity.com/citytv/mens/level-playing-fields-celebrating-25-years-of-audio-descriptive-commentary-63814055

When selecting seats, Level 1 the concourse level is step free to the seating area. For Levels 2 and 3 there could be a couple of steps from the concourse area to access the seating area.

If you have an assistance dog you are welcome to bring them along to the stadium. However please do give the Manchester City team know in advance (at least 72 hours in advance) by emailing access@mancity.com or calling 0161 444 1894.

If you need to bring sensory aids in the stadium (e.g. ear muffs, ear defenders, fidget spinners, etc) you are welcome to but need to let the accessibility team know at least 3 days in advance. If you need to bring your own food into the stadium, again you are welcome to, but please make the accessibility team know in advance.

If you wish to use the sensory room on match days, you will need to register your interest by completing a form before your visit. The form is available here: https://www.mancity.com/ticketing-and-hospitality/access/sensory-room

If you require the use of elevators on match days to gain access to Level 2 and 3, you can access them via entrances: D, H, S, M1 or W depending on which is closest to the turnstile listed on your match ticket.
